I’ve been using Brad and his team at Freezetec to service and repair my vans for several years now, firstly for convenience on the bayside, but now because I trust their work. I’ve had them remove and rebuild the entire roof of a pop top Windsor van under insurance and install updated lighting. Brad dealt with the insurance company and ensured I upgraded the right items at a reasonable cost. Today I had them complete the 1000km service on my New Age van and they identified that one of the wheel’s brakes was not working due to a poor electronic connection. You only identify this by lifting the van and activating the brakes. Not a fault you’d expect on a new van! Well done guys and thankyou from my family. A thorough job and I highly recommend you to others. ~ Steve V

I had a reverse cycle air conditioner fitted and a new roll out awning fitted to my camper trailer to replace the bag awning they were very professional and all the staff were very friendly and they know what there doing and they know there products very well I also had a water leak in the roof which was found and repaired at no extra cost and thanks Morty for spending the extra time showing me how the awning and air conditioner works I was very impressed I would recommend freeze tech to anyone who requires caravan repairs and fridge and air conditioning repairs on there caravans camper trailers and mobile homes thanks again guys for a great job I will definitely be back when I need something done in the future ~ Max F

Brought my Dometic fridge/freezer to them last Thursday on advice of BCF as it was still under warranty. The lady at the counter and a guy were very friendly when I came in and had the Dometic taken out of my car for me and brought inside. We had a friendly chat and than they almost apologeticly said that it was a very busy time because Easter was near. No problem. Next day I get a message that my fridge/freezer was ready for pickup.... talk about service! I was amazed, I picked it up the Monday after and got explained what was fixed (almost everything...) and it was placed back in my car. Very friendly, very good and very fast service and I have a working fridge again (it is my only fridge as I live on a boat). ~ Bart v

Due to damage caused by a moderate vehicle bingle we had the panels and majority of trim on the entire left (door) side of our van replaced by Freezetec, Cleveland. Brad and Morty were fantastic, coming out to our premises to do a quote and later returning to show us differences in panel profiles which had changed from the original panels. They also attended to some other work which needed to be done on the van and took the time to ensure that some parts unable to be replaced were touched up to match the new parts. At the end the repaired side looked like a brand new van. Nothing was too much trouble for Morty and Brad and with their years of van repair experience they offered advice on how to improve or modify other aspects of our van. I can highly recommend Freezetec and their expert team. ~ Chris H

Freezetec had amazing customer service. and knowledge.We had a wonderful experience when they did our air conditioner months back. We needed to go today as we thought something was wrong with our van and wasn’t. Also our right indicator wasn’t working and they just did something with the plug and got it working without us spending anything. The honesty is amazing.The team is lead by Manager Brad who is so approachable and nothing too much trouble. The other staff member was exceptional too. Brad even helped us to back out the caravan by directing us. Thanks a lot to Brad and the team at Freezetec. We had an urgent job with our fridge going in and out of automatic defrost cycle. The team from Freezetec were fantastic. From our initial contact with the office, follow up from Tony and then visit from Matt we were impressed with the honest and professional approach from the Freezetec team. Matt quickly identified the issue (which was a 12v electrical issue, not the fridge at all) and gave us advice on how to proceed to solve our issue. The freezetec team are amazing, especially Brad. We met them down at the Cleveland 4wd and camping show and brad was very helpful. I took our car with canopy to them to have a look at best size for the fridge and mounting options, they were happy to chat to me while having our 5week old and back again for final chats and installation. We have had our New Age caravan for over 4 years and started using Freezetec for our service & repairs. We had Brad & the guys replace an under the bed air conditioning to a roof unit. This changed when we could use the van, now we use all year round. Unfortunately we have had to also use Freezetec to repair our van after a slight issue with our awning and a gate. They did a running repair while waiting for a new awning so we could still use the van. Definitely recommend Freezetec as they understand good old-fashion customer service ~ Marilyn O

We have had a roof top air conditioner fitted to our pop top caravan and could not be happier with the final product. The team at Freezetec were great from the moment we walked in the door with our initial enquiry to the fitting of the unit. They gave good advice on the unit and what was needed for fitting while meeting our requirements. They completed the fit out in the time frame given and it was a joy dealing with them especially the interaction with all of the staff. I needed a rooftop air conditioner on my caravan serviced as it no longer started up. I had put getting it done off as I felt it would be a costly excise. I had Luke from freezetec come to my home to service the unit. I was extremely happy with the very professional manner Luke conducted himself in, arrived on time, checked the unit and advised me of what was required and went ahead to fit them.( the cost concern was laid to rest). We took our motorhome into Freezer Tec for element repair on the fridge, this was carried out in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. While there the motorhome revealed another problem which was way out of their field of expertise. They were most helpful in helping us organise RACQ. As we then had to train it home Tracy happily drove us to the train station. Special thanks to Brendan (boss boy !!) technician Brendan and Tracy. Communication at all levels was first class, from the initial advice over the phone to the booking process, confirming the appointment and then contacting me on the with an updates time etc. Young Matt was a pleasure to have on board the boat, he worked quickly however was still able to clearly explain each step of the diagnosis process and educate me along the way. We had our air conditioner stop working , these people worked out what was wrong quickly,then as it turned out the unit was replaced, they carried out everything from start to finish efficiently and I have driven away with confidence that everything will be perfect. I cannot recommended Freezetec highly enough! Anthony and his team were so helpful and accommodating, coordinating their site visit at the boat to my partners constantly changing roster. Their service was very prompt and the technician Matt was on time, very helpful and courteous. All work was completed within the quote provided by Tony over the phone and to a high standard going over and above assisting in moving the fridge back into it's very tight space. I was amazed at the quality of customer service ,Lucas was amazing. I had an issue with my dometic airconditioner in our Van .Expected to be up for $1000 plus.Packed our bags ready to stay at friends place for a couple of days as we live in van full time ,2hrs after drop off Lucas rang for us to get van . I travel the length and breadth of Australia in my caravan, and nowhere have I come across a business that has been so helpful and professional as FreezeTec. I had a small problem with the awning on my van, and despite being titally busy, the team at FreezeTec were very sympathetic to fitting my van in at short notice for the repair. Super Super Super! I have dealt with freezetec with replacing our complete refrigeration system onboard a 50m super yacht cruising around the pacific. I cant express the dedication and hard work that was dedicated in removing old and installation of new equipment. The owner himself with his technicians were prompt and professional. Freezetec are Fantastic, with a capital 'F' 👍 I had just arrived in Brisbane from Townsville with fridge in motorhome not working and Tracy was awesome on the phone and in person and slotted me in for the work the very next day. We recently had our airconditioner replaced in our motor home by the team at Freezetec. Our original air conditioner was OEM original install in 2017, however was very noisey and interrupted sleep. We installed a new Webasto Invertor Airconditioner supplied and fitted by Freezetec,This unit is very efficient and will make travelling alot more comfortable. I was chasing some spare parts for my old Dometic fridge, I rang every caravan business in Warwick and Toowoomba with no luck. Started looking around Brisbane when another company said to try Freezetec. Sure enough they had the part I needed, put it in an express post bag that afternoon and I had it by 9am the next morning. Booked in with a caravan fridge issue and they couldn't have done a better job! Was running late due to wet weather but they looked at it straight away, diagnosed the problem and had the parts. Would I like to wait whilst they did it or go and explore the area? Opted for do mow please and was on my way annhour later. Brad and the team from Freezetec were my wife's and I saving grace! We had a very tight schedule we needed to meet in order to get our hot water system repaired before leaving to the snowy mountains, and they made every effort to accomplish that. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the setup of our built in fridge on our boat. He arrived on time, called to confirm appt, tested and regassed the fridge, getting it operational, which was a great outcome. We had our caravan serviced by Freezetec before our big 6 week trip. Their service was exceptional! We had an issue with our compressor fridge and they handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer and obtained a replacement. The new fridge never skipped a beat and ran for 10 weeks straight. Their service was 10 times better than our Caravan manufacturers service. We won’t let anyone else service our van from now on. Thanks Freezetec. ~ Mike H
